Selection and Order

Our experienced sales representatives assist you at every step regarding the products you want to choose. When you complete your product selection, you can safely carry out all transactions regarding your preferred payment method. When your payment transaction is completed successfully, your invoice will be prepared electronically and sent to your registered e-mail address. Your invoice serves as the official record of your purchase and contains all necessary information.

Order Preparation

Your order will be carefully prepared within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Each carpet is carefully packaged and ready to be shipped to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.

Confirmation

Before the packaged products are delivered to the cargo company, you will be contacted by the sales representative to obtain address and information confirmation. Your prepared products are delivered to FedEx, DHL or UPS cargo company.

Shipping and Delivery

When your order is shipped, information including your cargo tracking number is sent. With this tracking number, you can track the latest cargo status of your order online. For international orders it is 3-7 business days.

Receiving Your Order

When your order reaches the address you specified, you will be informed about the delivery by the cargo company. When receiving your package, do not forget to inspect it for damage. If you notice any problems, please contact us immediately.
